Every piece, to scale.
See what fits first.
Every piece we make, photographed on one floor at its true size. Scroll to walk the floor.
Shop by what it does.
All on the same floor.
Seating, tables, storage and light, drawn at one scale, so a stool still looks like a stool next to a sideboard.
Measure first.
Then shop.

Every room we photograph is furnished from our own range. The receipt sits beside it, and the whole room goes in the bag in one go.

Workshop
How a spindle is turned
Eleven spindles go into every rocker. Each one starts as a square blank and spends four minutes on the lathe.

Materials
Bouclé, linen or wool
How each one wears, how it cleans, and why we post six swatches before you choose.

Advice
Will it go through the door?
The three measurements that matter more than the width of your wall, and what we do when a sofa will not turn the corner.
Questions,
answered plainly.
Anything else, write to hello@taboret.example and a person in Pilsen will answer.
How is delivery priced?
By postcode, and quoted before you pay. Most of Chicago is $85 for a two-person team who carry it in, unwrap it and take the packaging away.
How long does it take?
Pieces in stock leave within five working days. Made-to-order pieces take three to five weeks; the lead time is on every product.
Will it fit through my door?
Every product lists the narrowest door and stair it needs. Sofa legs unscrew, and we check your measurements before we build.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 30 days. We collect it from your door and you pay only the delivery back. Pieces made in a fabric you chose can be returned only if faulty.
How do swatches work?
Choose up to six fabrics and woods. They are free, posted within three days, and yours to keep.
How do I look after oiled wood?
Wipe it with a damp cloth, never a spray polish. Once a year, rub in the oil we send with every piece.
Six swatches, free.
Then decide.
Pick up to six woods and fabrics. They arrive in three days, and they are yours to keep.
